About Us...

Ron has been a full time professionally qualified photographer since 1996 but has teamed up with his wife Lyn to form Pybus Studios, to jointly develop their talents. The Studios combines high quality portrait photography with artistic and macro photography, textile embroidery.

Ron is an award winning Master Photographer and is an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society and The Master Photographers Association. He holds a masters degree in Marketing and Market Research and a Post Graduate Diploma from Bath University School of Management.  Additionally he has a Diploma in Photographic Practice and is one of only 3 qualified assessors in the UK.

Ron specialises in Portrait Photography and Commercial Photography.

Lyn is a textile artist, specialising in machine and hand embroidery. Lyn also specialises in macro photography.

Lyn’s sister, June, lives in a 12th Century farmhouse in Tuscany and rents out 3 separate apartments and is a licentiate of the B.I.P.P.

Our aim is to make photography as welcoming and friendly as possible.  You are not being photographed in a sterile professional studio; your images are produced in the studio alongside our home. We want you to feel relaxed and happy, especially when with children. Safety and customer care are our utmost concerns.
