Italian Apartment Rental...

Villa Giulia is situated in the heart of Tuscany, only a few minutes from the walled city of Monteriggioni and close to the Sienese Hills. It is only 15 minutes drive from Siena and 25 minutes from Florence. The property was originally constructed in the 12th century as a farmhouse and has been converted into self-contained apartments in the last few years. It is also the home of June Fletcher and Silvano Anselmi and their two sons. 

The Apartments

As well as the family home there are three private, self-contained apartments on the ground floor. They are all slightly different, but each comprises one double bedroom, leading from the lounge/diner with bed settee. Both the kitchen and the bathroom also lead off this lounge. You have your own front door leading on to extensive gardens with seating and barbecue facilities and a swimming pool. Each of the apartments is entirely separate from the others and the family living accommodation.

The apartments are centrally heated and have television and radio. There is ample car parking within the grounds.

They are designed to sleep two adults in the main bedroom but the bed settee in the lounge will accommodate a child. All electricity, bedding and towels are included. The change over day is Saturday

Booking Fee and Payment

A non returnable booking fee of £40 is required at the time of booking. The remainder is payable to the resident owners in euros on arrival.

In 2009 our weekly charge for each apartment is 575 euros per week. (less your initial £40 booking fee).
